1. Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields (HND, BSC, or MSC).
- Age: 25-35 years.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Innovative mindset.
2. Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media content creation.
- Qualification: OND, HND, or BSC in any discipline.
- Age: 20-35 years.
- Creativity in content creation.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising.

3. Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a secretarial role.
- Qualification: OND, HND, or BSC in any discipline.

4. Field Marketer
Responsibilities:
- Promote Linctech ICT Academy’s courses and services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
- Qualification: OND, HND, or BSC in any discipline.
- Age: 20-35 years.
- Strong persuasive and communication abilities.
5. IT Instructors
A. Data Analytics Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Teach data analytics courses, including tools like SPSS, Power BI, Eviews, Tableau, R, Stata, Rapid Miner, SAS, and Sage 50 Accounting.
- Develop curriculum and course materials.
- Provide hands-on training and support to students.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in data analytics tools.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
B. Cybersecurity Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Teach cybersecurity courses, covering topics like ethical hacking, network security, cryptography, and vulnerability assessment.
- Develop curriculum and course materials.
- Provide practical training and support to students.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Hands-on knowledge in cybersecurity domains.

C. Software Development/Engineering Instructor
